We recognize the value of your busy schedules and make every effort to see you at your appointed time. If we are experiencing any unexpected delays that will affect your appointment time, our team will let you know right away. It is also important that you come to your appointment at the scheduled time so we can give you and our following patients the time required to meet your personal dental needs. If you have a time urgency please inform us upon your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you must reschedule an appointment, please call the Patient Coordinator during business hours at least two working days in advance.
We are pleased to file the forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your insurance coverage. Our Insurance Coordinator will contact your insurance company and pre-determine your estimated portion of the fee for that day. We cannot, however, guarantee any estimated coverage. Because your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company, all patients are responsible for their charges. Please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the maximum benefits you deserve.
